Cenovus Energy Inc. is an integrated oil and natural gas company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.Cenovus has two projects producing oil in the oil sands – Foster Creek and Christina Lake (Alberta). Both projects use a drilling method called steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD).
